1. General Provisions

This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official offer from a self-employed individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") to any individual (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to enter into an agreement for the provision of information services on the terms set out below.

Acceptance of this Offer is payment for services by the User. From the moment payment is received, the Agreement is considered concluded.

3. Subject of Agreement

The Contractor provides the User with access to the Slimio mobile application — a service for tracking calories and nutrition (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") on a subscription basis.

The Application provides the following functions:

  • calorie and macros counting
  • nutrition diary
  • nutrition analytics and reports

4. Method of Service Delivery

The service is digital. After successful payment, the User receives:

  • access to the paid functionality of the application — automatically and immediately
  • payment confirmation to the email specified during registration

Physical delivery of goods is not provided.

5. Pricing and Payment

The cost of services is indicated on the website https://slimio-fit.ru/ and may change. Current rates are on the subscription selection page. https://slimio-fit.ru/

Payment is accepted through the YooKassa payment service. Bank cards and other methods available in the payment interface are supported.

Payment is made in Russian rubles.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the fact that the service is digital and provided immediately after payment, refunds are possible only in the following cases:

  • technical error that prevented access to the service
  • duplicate charge

To request a refund, contact the Contractor's email within 3 (three) business days from the date of payment, indicating the date, amount, and description of the situation.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Contractor undertakes to:

  • provide access to paid application features
  • promptly fix technical issues
  • notify of changes to the offer terms on the website

The User undertakes to:

  • use the application only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • not share access with third parties
  • comply with this Offer

8. Confidentiality and Personal Data

The Contractor processes the User's personal data (email, nutrition data) solely for the purpose of providing the service. Data is not transferred to third parties without the User's consent, except as required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Contractor is not liable for:

  • results of applying the application's recommendations (the application is informational in nature and does not replace specialist consultation)
  • service interruptions caused by third-party actions or force majeure
  • User losses exceeding the amount of the paid subscription

10. Changes to Offer Terms

The Contractor has the right to change the terms of the Offer unilaterally. Changes take effect from the moment the updated version is published on the website. Continued use of the application after changes means acceptance of the new version.

11. Applicable Law

This Offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached — through court proceedings at the Contractor's location.
